Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All items are handcrafted to order. Processing time varies by item complexity:
- Standard items (most cigarette cases, flasks, and jewelry): 3–5 business days
- Complex or detailed items (custom portraits, intricate layered and/or engraved pieces): 5–10 business days
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing at hello@gmail.com and we'll let you know if it's possible.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment
International Shipping: International shipping is available to select destinations shown at checkout.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country
Shipping Charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. U.S. orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages: Carrier and customs delays may occur after an order has shipped. If tracking has not updated or you believe a package may be lost, contact hello@harmlesshabit.com so I can investigate and help determine the appropriate next step.
