Processing Time: All items are handcrafted to order. Processing time varies by item complexity:
- Standard items (most cigarette cases, flasks, and jewelry): 3–5 business days
- Complex or detailed items (custom portraits, intricate layered and/or engraved pieces): 5–10 business days
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing at kaylamroediger@gmail.com and we'll let you know if it's possible.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment
International Shipping: We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your package appears lost, please contact us at kaylamroediger@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
