Refund policy

At Harmless Habit Studio, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns at our discretion within 7 days of delivery for items in their original new, unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@harmlesshabit.com with your order number and reason for return.

Custom & Personalized Items: Custom orders, including Custom Pet Portrait Jewelry and any personalized pieces, are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items if the item is returned in original condition within 14 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
